When I decided to write my first book I didn’t realize that I was getting prepared for new life choices.  I had already experienced loss and knew that my world would never be quit the same again.  I found refuge in pen and paper.  Through the words I wrote I chose to make a difference in not only my life, but in the lives of the many women I speak to through my books.  What I found was strength, maturity, and some success, which is in all of us.  It is these things that make us who we are as mothers, wives, friends, and leaders in our communities.

It is my hope as women that we all open our hearts to love, healing, truth, and peace.  I am a dream seeker that understands that it takes more than dreaming to reach your goals.  But time and experiences has led me to know that our dreams are many; they are not all the same, but we all have desires, struggles, and fears that hunt us, and as believers of the most highest God it is our responsibility to face them head on, knowing and trusting that we are in his hands; which should give us comfort in knowing that peace and happiness lives within each and every one of us.  So today I make the life choice to find that place of true peace and happiness; understanding that it is a daily battle but knowing that with faith all things are possible.
